Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound of Sheila’s Crunchy Delight (any flavor)
Directions:
- Mix wet ingredients in a 13 X 9 pan.
- Mix Sheila’s Crunchy Delight, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well in pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F.
- Serve warm or cooled. Great for breakfast or dessert!
